How long does a custom build take?

Custom projects typically take 1–2 months. Timing depends on complexity and our current production queue, and we confirm the schedule before work begins. Small-batch products follow the lead time shown on the product page.
Do you ship to the US and Europe?

Yes, worldwide. You'll see shipping cost and estimated delivery at checkout. Import duties, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
How does the deposit work on custom pieces?

The agreed deposit begins production once the concept and quote are approved. The remaining balance and payment schedule are confirmed in your project quote.
What happens if a moving part fails?

Every animatronic piece is tested before shipping. If a servo or mechanism fails under normal use within [warranty period], contact us for a repair or replacement part.
Are the masks safe to wear for long periods?

Materials and fit details are listed on each product page. For extended wear, we recommend the breaks noted in the included care guide.
